1. Modular boiler houses operating with propane-butane mixture or natural gas provide maximum economic effect when used as a part of independent gas supply system.

Modular boiler houses as compared to permanent-set solutions has the following advantages:

  • Quick system preparation for putting into operation.
  • No need in permanent buildings and constructions
  • Possibility of boiler house capacity increase
  • Possibility of boiler house displacement

Modular boiler houses for propane-butane mixture (basic variant) are manufactured in the following capacity range (depending on complete set):

  • 100/130/160/200 kWt;
  • 250/300/500/750 kWt;
  • 1,0/1,5/2,0 MBt

Module boiler houses are made in two variants: “economy” and “business”. All components of “business” model (water heating boilers, water supply pumps, control sensors and so on) are doubled.
Boiler houses of 500 kWt capacity feature maximum economic efficiency. High level of boiler houses autonomy is ensured by propane-butane stock in a reservoir but also by use of diesel and gas electric generators, making a boiler house independent from external source of electric power.

 

Design features:

  • metal heat insulated containers ( dimension 20/40 ft);
  • easy detachable windows;
  • water heat boilers of mixed fuel (diesel fuel/propane-butane)
  • permanent-set automatically driven diesel/gas power station
  • automated in-feeding system (water treatment (softening), ready water storage reservoirs, pump with automated maintenance of a given pressure value);
  • multi-circuit model;
  • modern materials (including stainless steel alloy).
