Evaporating plants FAS
Evaporating plants convert high pressure propane-butane liquid phase (1-16 bar) into low pressure vapor phase (30-70 mbar), ready to be supplied to a burner. Evaporators are used as a part of Independent Gas Supply system for working with high power consumers, where natural propane-butane evaporation is not sufficient.

Dry evaporator FAS 2000, for propane-butane, Ex-zone 2, cylindrical f orm, indirect heating, electric connection – 3-phase alternative current 400 V/50 Hz. Complies with DIN 30696, TRB 801/25 VDE 0165.

Models:
With 2 electromagnetic valves at evaporator’s inlet;
With 1 electromagnetic valve (B). Evaporator has a sealed housing and is meant for using outside dwelling and industrial premises.

Evaporating plant with evaporator FAS 2000, Ex-zone 2, indirect electric heating, electric connection – 400 V/50 Hz.

Models:
A-output pressure 0,8 bar (32 kg/h and 64 kg/h) or 1,5 bar (100 kg/h);
B –with additional low pressure control SAV/SVB 50 mbar.

Delivery set:

Steel paint-covered case with vent holes, console 100 mm;
Ball valve at inlet and outlet, between cutoff and medium pressure control;
Dirt pocket and safety valve;
Evaporator;
Cut off valve with discharge;
Manometer 0-25 bar with lock valve;
Medium pressure control SAV/SBV with manometer

Liquid level sensor FTL-50, one channel converter FTL 320, electric control board for installation inside the building and outside dangerous zone and additional pipeline for vapor phase are deliver upon additional request.

Dry evaporator Power XP, for propane-butane, indirect electric heating, pressure 26 bar, explosion free design NFPA 58/70. Connection to pipelines ¾”, ½” NPT IG

Evaporator is equipped with:

Electromagnetic valve at inlet;
Heat control rely
Safety valve for 17,2 bar.

Evaporating plant FAS with XP evaporator, indirect heating, Ex-zone, in steel case.

Delivery set:

Steel paint covered case with vent holes;
Ball valve at inlet and outlet, between cutoff and medium pressure control;
Dirt pocket and safety valve;
Evaporator XP;
Cut off valve with discharge;
Manometer 0-25 bar with lock valve
Medium pressure control (input pressure 16 bar, output pressure – 1,5 bar);
Low pressure control (1,5 bar/300mbar).

Liquid level sensor, converter Nivotester (230/50 Hz), additional pipeline for vapor phase are deliver upon additional request.

Liquid evaporator FAS 3000 indirect water heating. Model – vertical tube evaporator.

Delivery set:

Double thermostat for gas temperature control;
Liquid level gage control;
Electromagnetic valve at liquid phase inlet;
Safety valve at gas phase;
Gas and water thermometer;
Pressure control equipment;
Ball valves for discharge and relief;
Remote control board.

Direct Fired evaporator doesn’t require hot water and energy supply. It is compact, simple and complies with all requirements of DGRL 97/23/EG norms.

This device ensures propane-butane evaporation due to work-chamber heating by own burner. Evaporator in enclosed in a metal case and must be installed outside. Its design complies with safety requirements for H module (European Pressure Equipment Directive).
