Country House Communities
System of a country house community gas supply includes the following:
- Reservoirs for LPG storage (under ground and above ground);
- LPG evaporating plants (electrical or liquid);
- Pumping device for LPG pumping from gas carrier to reservoir.
- Self-priming plant for LPG liquid phase supply from reservoir to evaporator of 200 kg/h capacity;
- System of anode-cathode protection;
- Fittings for high pressure gas pipeline mounting;
- Pumping station electric control board;
- Explosion safe device VUUK-UZA-3V for a tank-car earthing and static electricity relief at LPG unloading.
- Insulating flanges at gas pipeline input and output from ground;
- Filter at suction gas pipeline;
- Back pressure valve and relief valve at by-pass
- Metal supports and above-ground gas pipelines for LPG (to prevent load transfer from pipelines to pump flanges)
- electromagnetic explosion safe cut-off valve located at a gas pipeline entrance. This valve cuts off LPG supply when LPG pressure drops below 0,5 MPa or gas content in a shop premises reaches 20% of Low Flammability Level. Gas content sensor connected with electromagnetic valve. Sound alert.
- Metal grid on concrete poles of 1,6 m height with a gate used for reservoirs fencing in.
- Intrasite network of automated equipment, pump cables and external lightning cables (laid in trenches): three phase five wire with cupper core and one phase three wire in compliance with GOST P50571.-93;
- External lightning: external lightning support: explosion safe lamp of VZG200-AMC type, distribution board with automatic switching of external lightning power;
- Metal lightning rod;
- Earthing circuit:
- reservoirs earthing circuit;
- artificial earthing device - Local low-pressure gas-pipeline with branches to each house.
- Condensate tanks every 100 m of gas-pipeline.
- Gas meters in compliance with number of houses supplied
- Under ground locks ensuring gas supply cutting off for non-payers.
